Anthropic has combined its Claude Cowork agentic-work tool and its standard Claude chat interface into one unified product.

**Why it matters:** Folding agentic "do work for me" tooling directly into the everyday chat interface suggests Anthropic sees agent capabilities as a default feature rather than a separate mode users opt into, mirroring how Gemini and ChatGPT are also building agent features straight into their main chat products.
