# Google Cloud adds OpenAI models alongside Gemini and Claude

Google Cloud is offering OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol and GPT-6 Luna in private preview for enterprise customers. It is the first major cloud to host Gemini, Claude and OpenAI models on one platform. Rollout reaches more customers in coming weeks.

**Why it matters:** Model exclusivity is eroding as clouds compete as neutral marketplaces, weakening Microsoft's special position with OpenAI. It also makes model choice a routing and cost decision for enterprises, pressuring pricing across labs.
