Black Forest Labs launches FLUX 3 Video, claims it beats Seedance 2.0

Black Forest Labs made FLUX 3 Video generally available, generating Full HD clips up to 20 seconds long with native audio and lip-synced dialogue in more than 14 languages. It can also render on-screen typography directly in generated scenes. The company's own Elo rankings place it ahead of Gemini Omni Flash and Seedance 2.0.

Why it matters: Native audio, lip-sync, and in-scene text rendering in a single model close several gaps that previously required separate tools, pushing video generation closer to production-ready output. As with most self-reported benchmark claims, the beats-the-competition result is worth treating cautiously until independently verified.
