Google revealed as customer behind 2.7GW Wyoming data center

Google has been identified as the customer behind a 2.7-gigawatt data center campus being built near Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the code name Project Tembo. It is one of the largest data center campuses disclosed to date.

Why it matters: It illustrates the scale of power and land Google is now committing to AI compute buildout.
