HUD won't explain how DOGE used AI for housing policy

In response to a public records request, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) withheld documents about the Department of Government Efficiency's (DOGE) use of AI in housing policy. HUD cited a legal privilege that reporters say doesn't exist.
