Claude power users sue Anthropic over Max subscription limits

A group of Claude Max subscribers filed an expanded class action lawsuit alleging Anthropic deceptively advertised the usage limits of its top subscription tier. The suit was brought by attorneys who previously worked at the FTC under Lina Khan.
