Mistral launches Voxtral 3 voice agent stack

Voxtral 3 combines speech-to-text, text-to-speech and a voice agent SDK, supporting more than 50 languages. Agents can call external tools during live conversations and run on self-hosted infrastructure or EU-hosted APIs.

Why it matters: Offering the full voice pipeline with self-hosting and EU data residency targets enterprises that cannot send audio to US clouds. It positions Mistral as a regulated-market alternative in the increasingly competitive real-time voice segment.
