Ricursive releases open-weight Ripple-65B, scoring 80.5 on Terminal-Bench 2.1

Ricursive Intelligence released Ripple-65B Preview, a 65B-parameter dense LLM under the Apache 2.0 license. It scores 80.5 on Terminal-Bench 2.1, which the company says is ahead of US open models up to 15 times larger.

Why it matters: A mid-sized, permissively licensed model leading on an agentic terminal benchmark suggests post-training and data quality are closing the gap with much larger models.
